Hello! Everyone calls me “Lanie”. I was born in the Philippines but immigrated to Canada in 2000. In the Philippines, I graduated with an honours Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. When I came to Canada, I also completed a Medical Office Administration diploma all while raising a family of 3 awesome kids. My children were my inspiration to pursue my career here in healthcare administration. I initially worked for 6 years with OB/Gyne Specialists and found that I loved working in an environment with expecting mothers and their newborn babies. I was especially excited when I was able to join Family Care Midwives in 2015 where I could combine all of my interests. I can be of help speaking in English and Tagalog.
