Language Support
Among our midwifery team are midwives who speak languages beyond English. Whenever possible, we aim to assign clients to a midwife who can speak their predominant language.
If we cannot provide care in your primary language, we can assist in providing translation services in certain circumstances. We also encourage clients who do not speak English to bring a trusted support person to appointments for translation support.
We may also provide you with information handouts or online resources in your preferred language.
We believe that information should be accessible to everyone, regardless of language barriers. That’s why our pregnancy handouts are provided in a variety of languages beyond English.
