Leah is a registered midwife who grew up in Southern Ontario. Her journey into midwifery was inspired by the compassionate and empowering care she received during the births of her own children. She completed a Bachelor of Health Sciences in Midwifery with distinction at Toronto Metropolitan University in 2024.
Leah also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science and is certified as an Applied Learning Disability Specialist. Before becoming a midwife, she worked as an Accessibility Specialist at a university in Toronto, where she supported students with disabilities by coordinating academic accommodations and promoting inclusive learning environments.
Leah is especially passionate about informed choice and strives to ensure that her care is accessible, respectful, and tailored to each client’s individual needs. She is committed to creating a safe and supportive space for all families throughout their pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experience.
Outside of midwifery, Leah enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, cooking, and—by her own admission—drinking far too much coffee. She provides care in English and uses the pronouns she/her.
