Cindy was born in southern British Columbia of métis and settler ancestry and has been a practicing midwife since receiving her Bachelor of Health Sciences in Midwifery from Ryerson University in 2017. Cindy also holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from NSCAD in Halifax and is a practicing artist. She is fluent in English.
